If you are an employee making a purchase, but do not have enough funds available on your card, you can request funds to be loaded onto your card.
IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE (not an administrator):
- Login to the Lowe's PreLoad app.Select Request FundsBizNOW app or app.biznowcard.com
- Select "REQUEST FUNDS" from the Your Card home page.
- Enter in the amount that you will need to make your purchase and select Request.
- Enter a description of what the funds will be used for and enter Continue.
- Confirm the transfer by selecting the Request $ button.
The Administrator on
the your account will
receive a notification that you are requesting funds. If receive a notification of your funding request. Once they approve the request, the funds will
immediately be be transferred to your
card.IF YOU ARE AN ADMINISTRATOR:
- Login to the Lowe's PreLoad app.
- Select YOUR CARD from the menu bar.
- Select Add Funds.
- Enter the amount that you need to make your purchase and select Add.
- Confirm the transfer by selecting Add.
