Client Communications on the Mock Up:
Lucy will want a mock up of the card and carrier, she will send over the logo, we then send this to Megan and Bevan via a collateral request. They will mockup a card and we will send it to Lucy for approval of mock up and then let Megan and Bevan know they can create the Proof with AE. Once the set up is completed in the Portal, email Lucy. No portal training is needed! |

Client ID needs to be done in Xnet for the branded cards (Under The Target Group Client ID)

The Target Group is funding the cards so the Client ID that is created needs to go under The Target Group in Pathward |

Portal Set Up:
Find The Target Group and client on the edit button next to the client name to add a new program to their set up. Click on Actions Choose: Add New Program |

The set up will be either Corporate Reloadable or Non - Reloadable and should be known to you in the Salesforce Opportunity. Client does custom cards and you will need to select a package. From here you should be able to follow steps outlined the Reward Client Set up section of confluence for:
