  1. Log in to your Lowe's PreLoad

  2. Select TEAM from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Select the employee's name.
  4. Scroll down on the profile

  1. to select Temporarily Freeze Card.
  2. You should then see a pop up notification confirming that the selected Card has been successfully frozen.

Any remaining funds on a frozen will be frozen as well.

If you would like to unfreeze the card:
