- Log in to your Lowe's PreLoad

- Select TEAM from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
- Select the employee's name.
- Scroll down on the profile

- to select Temporarily Freeze Card.
- You should then see a pop up notification confirming that the selected Card has been successfully frozen.
Any remaining funds on a frozen will be frozen as well.
