Client Due Diligence forms are to be sent to Sales, entered into Salesforce, and assigned out to Implementations. Client needs to be entered into FIS and Pathward. Once approved, Client ID needs to be added under PayrollCentric (add screenshot)

Time and Pay

Standard set up. NatPay is a group, each client managed by themselves?

Harvester Gear/Somerfield Farms

Set up clients as usual. IIC cards.  Train them on ordering cards and servicing cards. Client will use Harvestergear platform to assign II cards. Harvestergear receives DDA/RT from registerCard API.  Send RowID/cpID & Customer ID of new client to Kyle - Kyle Holt kholt@somerfieldfarms.com

Certipay

set up clients as usual, Payroll Plus NO PIN Fee. Clients use Certipay platform to register IIC cards. Train client on ordering cards and servicing cards. Certipay received DDA/RT from registerCard API. Send cpId and Customer ID to Cymonne/Leila
