Determining if a client needs the new Spend platform

We need a way for both Sales and IM to determine if a Purchasing/Spend client will use the new Spend platform.  

 

SALES - If we sell any of the features below, we'd need to put the client on the new Spend platform.

  • Roster View

  • Receipt Capture

  • Categorization of transactions/receipts

  • Comments on transactions/receipts

  • Ability for cardholder to request fund

If you can please communicate this in the SalesForce entry (in the Notes section is great), this will give us the heads up to discuss the new Spend platform with the client.

 

IM team - when you see the Product/Sub-product listed as Spend and Spend-Purchasing, please also ask the client the questions above to determine if they need the new Spend platform.  All Purchasing/Spend clients will have this product and sub-product type.

 

SALES - for Spend/Purchasing in general, we would also want to know if Cash/No Cash and Domestic/International were sold.  If we do not see these details listed in SF, we will ask! (this won't determine platform but just a good rule of thumb for Spend)
