Many of our Payroll Processors unique set ups, this is to help establish notes and direction on how the process and set ups work in a central location for the team.

Payroll Department

They hold all inventory, only PD is set up, but TPA and DD is needed for each client using the cards. (Saleforce process).

PayrollCentric

  • will hold the cards and distribute out to their clients.

Client Due Diligence forms are to be sent to Sales, entered into Salesforce, and assigned out to Implementations. Client needs to be entered into FIS and Pathward. Once approved, Client ID needs to be added under PayrollCentric (add screenshot)

Time and Pay

  • will hold the cards and distribute out to their clients.

Time and Pay Inc - Group Client ID 3023324

Quite Client - Brightwell Conversion

Set up clients as usual. IIC cards.  Train them on ordering cards and servicing cards. Client will use Harvestergear platform to assign II cards. Harvestergear receives DDA/RT from registerCard API.  Send RowID/cpID & Customer ID of new client to Kyle - Kyle Holt kholt@somerfieldfarms.com

Certipay

Set up clients as usual, Payroll Plus NO PIN Fee. Clients use Certipay platform to register IIC cards. Train client on ordering cards and servicing cards. Certipay received DDA/RT from registerCard API. Send cpId and Customer ID to Cymone.

  • Client has API on the back end so clients don’t need to do a card registration. The intention of sending the Client ID to Cymone is to allow Certipay to do a set up, this is what allows for the registration via API. (helpful to train them on the reports to pull the Card Registration report on Weds) Make sure to remind them to speak to Certipay. They can do manual set ups if needed.

Fourth 

We are integrated with them. Our integration with them allows Fourth and or Fourths clients to assign a card in their system (Prism) and avoid using the portal! They only use our portal for inventory and replacements using iic
