How do I remove money from my own card or another user's card?

Only Administrators on the account have the ability to remove funds from their employees’ cards and their own card:

If your using the Lowe's PreLoad app on a mobile device: 

1. 1. Select YOUR CARD from the menu bar.
   2. Select the Blue Circle Icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
   3. Select Remove Funds
   4. Search and select the employee’s name in the list of users for which you would like to remove funds from.
   5. Enter the amount you would like to remove from the card.
   6. Select Continue.
   7. To confirm the action select Remove $X from _____.

If your using the Desktop version of the Lowe's PreLoad application:

1. Login into your Lowe’s PreLoad account on your desktop.
2. Select TEAM from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
3. Search and select the employee’s name in the list of users for which you would like to remove funds from.
4. Select REMOVE FUNDS.
5. Enter the value you would like to remove and if you would like to enter a comment you can do so.
6. To confirm this action select Remove Funds.

The funds will be removed from your card and sent back to the Company Vault in real-time.
