Freezing a card is a great way to protect your funds when a card has been misplaced, stolen, or is not being used. Your Administrator will be able to unfreeze as needed.
.To temporarily freeze your card or an employee card:
Any remaining funds on a frozen will be frozen as well.
If you would like to unfreeze the card:
If you believe that your or your employee's card has been stolen or is permanently lost, please contact support@lowespreload.com or call 855-515-5214 immediately. You will be sent a replacement card.
Should you find that there are unauthorized charges on your card please contact support@lowespreload.com immediately to start a Dispute process.
