How do I change my User Settings on my BizNOW account?

To change your Password:

1. Login to app.biznowcard.com or your BizNOW app.
2. Select the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link beneath the login fields.
3. Enter your email address.

An email will be sent to your email address that you can use to reset your password.

To change or set your PIN:

From the desktop:

1. Login to app.biznowcard.com
2. Select "CHANGE PIN" from the "Your Card" home screen.
3. Enter your PIN and select "CHANGE".

From the app:​

1. Login to your app
2. Select your name under the "Team" menu
3. Select "CHANGE PIN"
4. Enter your PIN and select "Submit Change"

To change your mobile number:

1. Login to app.biznowcard.com or your BizNOW app.
2. Select "SETTINGS" from the menu bar on the top left-hand side.
3. Select "CHANGE PHONE NUMBER".
4. Enter your updated phone number and select "SUBMIT"
