HOW DO I SUSPEND A TEAM MEMBER'S CARD?

Administrators will be able to suspend a team member's card in the case that the card is lost, stolen, or if the team member is no longer employed by the company. To do so:

  1. Login to your Dash app or app.getdash.io
  2. Select "Team" from the menu bar
  3. Select the team member's card you would like to suspend.
  4. Select the "Temporarily Freeze Card" icon if using your app, or the "Freeze Card" icon if using your desktop.

The card will be put into a suspended status. Any funds that are remaining on the card will be "frozen". You will be able to "unfreeze" the card if needed by selecting the "Unfreeze Card" icon.
