How do I add funds to an Employee's Card?

Only Administrators on the Lowe’s PreLoad account can add funds to an Employee's Card. To move funds from the Company Vault to an individual card:

  1. Login to your Lowe's PreLoad account.
  2. Select TEAM from the menu-bar.
  3. Select the user’s name that you would like to transfer funds to.
  4. Select Add Funds.
  5. Enter the amount you would like to add to their card for spending.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Next you will have the option to Add a Comment.
  8. Select Continue.
  9. To confirm the transfer select the Send button at the bottom of the page.

The funds will be transferred in real-time to the card for spending.
