My card has been misplaced, lost, or stolen. What should I do?
Freezing a card is a great way to protect your funds when a card has been misplaced, stolen, or is not being used. Your Administrator will be able to unfreeze as needed.
.To temporarily freeze your card or an employee card:
- Log in to your Lowe's PreLoad account.
- Select TEAM from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
- Select the employee's name.
- Scroll down on the profile to select Temporarily Freeze Card.
- You should then see a pop up notification confirming that the selected Card has been successfully frozen.
Any remaining funds on a frozen will be frozen as well.
If you would like to unfreeze the card:
- Log-in to your Lowe's PreLoad account.
- Select TEAM from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
- Select the employee's name.
- Scroll down on the profile to Unfreeze Card.
- You should then see a pop up notification confirming that the selected card has been unfrozen.
If you believe that your or your employee's card has been stolen or is permanently lost, please contact support@lowespreload.com or call 855-515-5214 immediately. You will be sent a replacement card.
Should you find that there are unauthorized charges on your card please contact support@lowespreload.com immediately to start a Dispute process.
