How do I set notification preferences?

As an Administrator, you have the option to choose how you would like to be notified when a transaction (your own, and an employee's) is being made, when funds have been added or removed from your card, when there is a funding request, when an automatic load from the bank is enabled, when there is a low balance on the account, and whether or not to receive a daily transaction summary.

If you would like to modify the notifications you receive:

  1. Login to your Lowe's PreLoad account through your desktop or through your mobile app.
  2. Select SETTINGS from your menu on the top left-hand side of your Lowe's PreLoad app.
  3. Select Notification Preferences.
  4. Select the email icon if you would like to be notified by this event via email, select the phone icon if you would like to be notified of this event via text* message. A selected icon will be green, and an unselected icon will be gray.

Employees can also set their notifications this way, but will not have the option of being notified with Administrative level events.
