How do I track my spending or see my remaining balance?

You will see the YOUR CARD page upon logging in. From here, you can see your card balance and any untagged transactions, which are transactions that have not been categorized.

To view a complete history of your spending:

  1. Login to your Lowe's PreLoad account through your desktop on or through your mobile app.
  2. Select HISTORY from the menu bar.
  3. Select the Transactions tab.

Administrators can also view the remaining account balance in the Company Vault. The account balance is the amount of funds available in the entire account – versus the individual balance of each card.


PRO TIP: As an administrator, you can see what transactions have or have not been tagged with an image and a description by your employee.

A transaction that has been tagged with a photo of the receipt will have a small "picture" icon beside the transaction.

A transaction that has been tagged with a comment will have a small "speech bubble" icon beside the transaction.

A transaction that has been tagged with both an image and description will have both icons.

A transaction that has not been tagged at all will have no icons.
