How do I update my password?

Login to your Lowe's PreLoad app. You can log in using your mobile app or through your desktop.

  1. Select Settings from the menu-bar.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. Input your Old Password. Then input your New Password. Confirm the New Password. Select Submit.
  4. A pop-up will appear confirming your password update. Select OK.

Your Password has now been updated.

PRO TIP: If you attempt to log in unsuccessfully too many times you will be locked out of your account for approximately one hour.
