Your Company Vault is where your funds are stored in your Lowe's PreLoad account.
Once you have funded your account, the funds will stay in your Company Vault so you can distribute them onto cards.
Administrators can send funds to employee cards, fund their own card, and approve funding requests from employees. These funds will be taken from the Company Vault. Any money removed from an employee card will be moved back to the Company Vault.
To check how much you have available in your Company Vault:
- Login to your Lowe's PreLoad account through your desktop or through your mobile app.
- Select COMPANY VAULT from the menu bar.
- You will see a balance listed at the top of how much is available in your Company Vault to be distributed onto employee cards.
