Where Can I use my Lowe's PreLoad card?
The Lowe's PreLoad Discover® Card is accepted at all USA Lowe's stores and online at lowes.com or lowesforpros.com. Each time you use your Lowe's PreLoad card, the transaction will be recorded in your Lowe's PreLoad account. You can view your transaction history by logging in at app.lowespreload.com or by logging in via the Android™ or iOS® Lowe's PreLoad app.

How can I make my first purchases?
- In-Store Barcode. While you wait for your card to arrive or if you do not have your Lowe's PreLoad card on hand, you can use your Lowe's PreLoad barcode, found right in the mobile app.
- Log-in to your Lowe's PreLoad mobile app.
- Select YOUR CARD from the menu bar.
- Select View In-Store Card. (found under Add Funds)
- You will now see your barcode.
You can scan this code, in-store, at check-out at any participating Lowe's store location. (not available for Online purchases)
PRO TIP: Just like you would keep your cards safe, please keep this barcode private. Log-out of the app after every use.
2. Lowe's PreLoad Card. Upon sign-up, a Lowe's PreLoad Discover® Card will be issued for you. The card will be mailed to the business address provided during your sign-up process. (all additional cards added to the account will also be sent to the business mailing address) Please allow 6-8 business days for the cards to arrive.
