Reward - Adding a Program - Digital Only

Select your product type
Select Digital First
Select your Digital Package
There are two generic digital packages already set up for NR 12 Month Reward (see screenshot below)
If you need a different subprogram or need to alter the Access Code configured then you should select a Digital package from the list and upload a new card image.
Leave the Physical Package Selection Blank
Add your client ID
Add your Virtual Funding Account
Select Can Order Digital Card
Select Send Digital Email
If the client is going to control delivery of the digital card product, ensure “Send Digital Card E-Mail" is disabled.
Your page should look like the below example:
Email Template Page:
Enter the subject in the Subject Line
The keywords below allow a Host Admin to click one and have it automatically populate in the body of the email. Those key words pull in data from the card order (ie: Proxy_Number is the key word to pull in the dynamic proxy per cardholder). Remove what is not necessary
Drop in the customer Logo
Remove the Network association that does not apply to the program (Visa or Mastercard)
Ensure the correct Website URL is listed - mydashcard.com for reloadable or card-support.com for non reloadable
Proxy number or a Tiny URL must be provided in body of email
Underneath Proxy Number add in Access code Description
Both, the Mastercard and Visa issuer statement are seen at the bottom of the template. Remove one based on the network this card is issued against.
