  1. Opportunity is created in Salesforce and marked as Closed/ready for implementation

  2. The Subprogram and Due Diligence should be provided in Salesforce

  3. Once Due Diligence is completed and approved we will begin the branding process

  4. Logo should be sent to implementation team via email. Please allow 2 business days for a proof mock up

a.       Proofs will be sent to client for review/edits

b.       Upon final proof approval the design will be sent to Pathward and Mastercard for approval. Setup takes 4 weeks to complete

5. Once the Card is live, Implementations will add the client to the portal and provide Laura with the API ID’s

a. Client should be set up as a sub-client of Workstride in the Portal

b. Should select the Workstride Master Virtual Funding Account

c. do not configure portal invoicing

d. Configure the product for the app - Upload the T&C and set CVV as activation method.

e. Provide Laura with the Client ID, Business/Customer ID, and the program ID/CPIDl. These should also be entered in Salesforce
