CRIO - Client Email Example

Hi Team,

My name is Jane, and I work for Dash Solutions, the stipend payment provider for CRIO. I wanted to confirm your go live date for this program and the amount you all expect to be loading to your cards. 

Below is the order information listed in your contract. Our cards take 2-3 days to create then they ship. UPS Ground takes 7-10 days including the card creation. Please let me know if you need your cards sooner than that and let me know if any of the other information below needs updating. 

Once we have all the information, I will place your first order for you and share tracking information when available. When your cards arrive, we will schedule a training on how to order cards and fund your funding account.
