 Program Name: TWIC Card

What are you trying to solve for? Brightwell transition of the TWIC Card program to Dash Solutions

Who are the users and how do they benefit from this? These non-reloadable LAP cards are used by our US Port clients to incentivize recruits. Our clients issue prepaid cards to cover the cost of obtaining the required "Transportation Worker Identification Credential "TWIC" and thus, receive a competitive advantage when recruiting potential employees. Recipients use the card to purchase TWIC rather than pay out of pocket. Funds are not available to the Cardholder after expiration and instead, may be swept back.

 End to End EXPERIENCE Provide a flow of the Program/Feature. Be specific and detailed.

1️⃣ Port Company goes to www.twiccard.com

2️⃣ Port Company fills in information to request a card order

3️⃣ Sales team receives request via Salesforce and reaches out to the company

4️⃣ Sale is assigned to Implementation Manager

 How will this Card be used?

The card will be used for the employee to pay for their TWIC credentials.

 

 Program Attributes:

Physical card, non reloadable, no cash access, 6 month expiration

 Provide projected volume of Cards by year with estimated dollar volumes. Volume at Brightwell was approx $2mm annually in loads.
