This is a reward client that sends us brands that want to have their logos on cards, Target Group is funding the cards so the VFA will be an already established one in the portal. They do both reloadable and non-reloadable programs. Client tends to email myself and Sarah. Sarah will input the opportunity into Salesforce and then it will be assigned out.

Client Communications on the Mock Up:
Lucy will want a mock up of the card and carrier, she will send over the logo, we then send this to Megan and Bevan via a collateral request. They will mockup a card and we will send it to Lucy for approval of mock up and then let Megan and Bevan know they can create the Proof with AE. Once the set up is completed in the Portal, email Lucy. No portal training is needed! |
