They do both reloadable and non-reloadable programs. Client tends to email myself and Sarah. Sarah will input the opportunity into Salesforce and then it will be assigned out.

Client Communications on the Mock Up: Lucy will want a mock up of the card and carrier, she will send over the logo, we then send this to Megan and Bevan via a collateral request. They will mockup a card and we will send it to Lucy for approval of mock up and then let Megan and Bevan know they can create the Proof with AE.
