Xnet is where we set up the Client IDs for our Implementations as well as the Customer Service Tool (CSA) and FIS' reporting suite, it’s important to note this is what drives a handful of including: reporting, “Know Your Loader”, and pricing.

Partner Pass is the Pathward (bank). Partner Pass is used by our team to Submit the Third Party Application (TPA), Clear Exceptions, Submit Collateral and Submit Cases among other things.

Billing Tool

Login - Go to Books (Under Finance) > Sales > Customers > New > Add Contact Name, Company Name, Email and Phone number then SAVE.
