When applying for an account, Lowe's PreLoad Card will ask for details about the personally identifiable information about the business owner and/or administrators and/or authorized users such as: person who opens a card account. This means when you open a card account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, social security number, and other information that will allow Lowe's PreLoad Card to confirm identity. Lowe's PreLoad Card may also ask for details about the business owner’s, administrators’ and/or authorized user’s driver’s license number or other identifying informationus to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
