(red star) If you order a card for test purposes to show the client, you can go into the order and cancel it once you are done with training. This won’t stop the order from processing to you, but it will stop the client from being invoicing the client.

There are four different ways you can order Reward cards within the Dash Portal. To determine which option you need to demonstrate during your portal demo you need to ask these two questions:

  • Select Order Bulk Shipped/Non-personalized Cards tile from the main dashboard

  • Provide the quantity and denomination

    • CARDS SHOULD NOT HAVE A $0 VALUE since the dollar value will be embossed on the card

  • Provide the Embossed Message

  • Select the shipping method

    • bulk shipping is the only option here. If you need to ship to individuals then use the personalized template

  • provide the shipping address

  • Proceed to next page and then select payment method.

  • Note that the cards are shipped un-loaded for security. The client will need to return to the portal to acknowledge receipt and load the cards.

Order Generic embossed cards with no value assigned

  • Select Order personalized Cards tile from the main dashboard

  • Download the template

  • Fill out all the required information

    • Put Generic information in the First Name and Last Name field, such as company name

    • Depending on what the client wants embossed on the card you may need to alter the “name on card” and “4th line Embossing field”.

    • in the Payment column enter “0”

  • Save and upload the template

  • Select the shipping method

  • Proceed to next page and then select payment method

  • the client will need to utilize the Load Cards tile or Service Card tile to load the card at a later time

  • Select Order personalized Cards tile from the main dashboard

  • Download the template

  • Fill out all the required information

  • Save and upload the template

  • Select the shipping method

  • Proceed to next page and then select payment method

    • If Bulk Shipped to one location then the client will need to return to the portal and acknowledge receipt.

    • If shipped to the individual then the cards are shipped loaded and no action is needed
