There are two types of reward products - Reloadable & Non reloadable.
There are currently 27 different reward subprograms so The Bible is going to be very helpful in determining which is best for your client.
All clients will use a Virtual Funding Account to load their cards
How do we make money on reward product?
For non-reloadable products we make money primarily through card fee’s, breakage, and interchange. Breakage is the money remaining on the card once it expires, typically 100% of that goes to Dash. Occasionally we will share breakage with the client.
For reloadable reward we make money through card fees, value load fees, cardholder fee’s, and interchange. Every reloadable reward product has either an in-activity fee or a monthly maintenance fee. Funds don’t expire on reloadable reward.
