Should you need to make a purchase but do not have enough funds available,  you you can request/load funds onto your card in real in real time.

If you are not an administrator on the account:

  1. Log-in to your Lowe's PreLoad account through the Lowe's PreLoad app.
  2. Select YOUR CARD from the menu bar.
  3. Select Select Request Funds.
  4. Enter the amount you will need to make your purchase and tap tap Request.
  5. Enter a description that explains what the funds will be used for and then select select Continue.
  6. Confirm the transfer by selecting the Request $ button.

The Administrator of the account will be notified but notified but will have to approve the funding request before the funds are transferred to your card to.


If you are an Administrator on the account:

  1. Log-in to your Lowe’s PreLoad account through the Lowe’s PreLoad app.
  2. Select YOUR CARD from the menu bar.
  3. Select Select Add Funds.
  4. Enter the amount you will need to make your purchase and tap and tap Add.
  5. To confirm the transfer select select Add once once again.

If there is enough If there is enough money in the Company Vault, the funds will immediately be transferred onto your card.
