📰 Press Releases need to be reviewed and approved by Dash Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Issuing Bank and Network. This is the process of submission for review by Dash Employees.

Clients could submit a Press Release at any point to us (Sales, Implementation, CSM, AM).

  1. Client Submits Press Release to Dash

    1. Receiving person should do a quick review prior to submission to Marketing.

      1. Does the Press Release mention the Network (Visa or Mastercard). If so, make sure that the appropriate issuers statement is included:

        • "Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc."

        • "Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated."

      2. About Dash and About Pathward statements

      3. Does the Network name include the registered trademark
