HOW DO I CANCEL AN ACH TRANSFER?

If an ACH is initiated and you would like to cancel it, there is a 24-hour window to do so. Please contact our support team immediately via phone at 1 (855) 730-7655 OPTION 2 or email support@getdash.io

If it is past the 24-hour timeframe, the ACH will have to land in your Company Vault, and be returned via an ACH back to the bank account it was withdrawn from.
