HOW DO I REMOVE FUNDS FROM MY OWN CARD?

As an Administrator, you will be able to remove funds from your card using your Dash app:

To remove funds from your Dash card using your Desktop:

  1. Login to app.getdash.io
  2. Select "TEAM" from the menu bar
  3. Select your name from the team list
  4. Select the "REMOVE FUNDS" icon
  5. Enter the amount you would like to remove from your card
  6. Enter a reason for the fund removal
  7. Select the "REMOVE FUNDS" icon

 

 To remove funds from your Dash card using your iPhone or Android:

  1. Login to your Dash app
  2. Select the employee icon on the bottom right-hand side
  3. Select "REMOVE FUNDS"
  4. Select your name from the team list
  5. Enter the amount you would like to remove from your card
  6. Select "CONTINUE"
  7. Confirm removal of funds
