The funding event was successful but the balance in my company vault was not updated:

If you have successfully transferred funds from your Bank or Credit/Debit Card to your Company Vault, but do not see your balance updated, please try the following:

  1. If using your mobile app, try refreshing your app by closing it down and then reopening it. If using your desktop try refreshing your page.
  2. If the balance is still not reflected, you can try logging out of the account and then logging back in.

The funds I have transferred from the company vault to my (or my employee’s) card are not showing up:

If you have moved funds from the Company Vault to an Employee’s card, or your own card, and the funds do not appear:

  1. If using your mobile app, try refreshing your app by closing it down and then reopening it. If using your desktop try refreshing your page.
  2. If the balance is still not reflected, you can try logging out of the account and then logging back in.
