HOW DO I ADD A TEAM MEMBER?
To add an employee to your Dash account using your Desktop app:
- Login to app.getdash.io
- Select "TEAM" from the menu bar on the top left-hand side.
- Select the "ADD TEAM MEMBER" icon on the top right-hand side.
- Enter the team member's full legal name and email address.
To add an employee to your Dash account using an iPhone smartphone:
- Login to the Dash app.
- Select "TEAM" from the menu bar on the top left-hand side.
- Select the "INVITE" icon on the top right-hand side.
- Enter the team member's full legal name and email address.
To add an employee to your Dash account using an Android smartphone:
- Login to the Dash app.
- Select "TEAM" from the menu bar on the top left-hand side.
- Select the green "+" icon on the bottom right-hand side.
- Enter the team member's full legal name and email address.
You can also decide if you would like to make this new team member an Administrator. Administrators will have the ability to add a bank, initiate an ACH, add team members, view into all employee transactions, and generate expense reports.
Once you have entered the requested information, the team members will receive an email invitation they must claim and fill in the requested information. They will then be added to the Dash account, and a card will go into production for their use. Their Dash card will be shipped by USPS to the business address on file and arrive within 6-8 business days.
