HOW DO I SUSPEND A TEAM MEMBER'S CARD?
Administrators will be able to suspend a team member's card in the case that the card is lost, stolen, or if the team member is no longer employed by the company. To do so:
- Login to your Dash app or app.getdash.io
- Select "Team" from the menu bar
- Select the team member's card you would like to suspend.
- Select the "Temporarily Freeze Card" icon if using your app, or the "Freeze Card" icon if using your desktop.
The card will be put into a suspended status. Any funds that are remaining on the card will be "frozen". You will be able to "unfreeze" the card if needed by selecting the "Unfreeze Card" icon.
