HOW DO I SUSPEND A TEAM MEMBER FROM LOGGING IN?

Administrators will be able to suspend a team member's login status which would prevent them from being able to login to the Dash app to manage their card account. This can be done in the case that the team member is no longer employed by the company. To do so:

To suspend a team member using your iPhone or Android:

1. Login to your Dash app
2. Select "Team" from the menu bar
3. Select the team member whom you would like to suspend
4. Select the "Active" icon to suspend the user's login capabilities

  To suspend a team member using your Desktop:

1. Login to app.getdash.io
2. Select "Team" from the menu bar
3. Select the team member whom you would like to suspend
4. Select the "Suspend User" icon

The team member and their active card will be put into a suspended status. Any funds that are remaining on the card will be "frozen" and will not be able to be spent. You will be able to reactivate the user if needed by selecting the "Active" icon once more.
