My account and/or card is suspended

If you have too many failed attempts when inputting your username and password, your account will be temporarily locked. You will have to wait 1 hour before trying to sign in to your account again.

There are a few reasons why your card may be suspended:

  1. The administrator on your account may have suspended your card on their end. If you are an employee on the account, please reach out to your Employer/Admin to see if they have actioned the suspension on your card.
  2. Your card has gone into a 'potential fraud' status. Potential fraud status occurs when unusual transaction activity is recognized on your card and will automatically place your card into a suspended state. If this is the case, you will have to verify that the recent transactions made on your card were authorized transactions.
