Purchase Returns with your Lowe's PreLoad card

If you are returning an item purchased with your Lowe’s PreLoad card, the refund-amount will be reflected back onto your Lowe’s PreLoad card within 24hrs - 7 days.

Your statement credit will also be adjusted to reflect the refunded amount, and you will not receive the 5% credit on the returned item(s). Click here for more information on the 5% Statement Credit.

If you used your barcode to make the purchase, the refund-amount will be reflected back onto your Lowe’s PreLoad card. (which is connected to your barcode/s) You will need to have your physical-plastic card on-hand for the return.
