Login to your Lowe's PreLoad app. You can log in using your using your mobile app or through your desktop.
To Update Your Email:
- Please contact Support at at support@lowespreload.com and and request an 'Email Update'. Please provide the cardholder name, corresponding company name, and new email address.
To Update Your Phone Number:
- Login to your Lowe's PreLoad account.
- Select Settings from the menu bar.
- Select Select Change Phone Number.
- Input your new phone number and select select Submit.
- A pop-up will appear confirming your password update. Select Select OK.
Your phone number has now been updated.
