How do I update my phone number & email?

Login to your Lowe's PreLoad app. You can log in using your mobile app or through your desktop.

To Update Your Email:

1. Please contact Support at support@lowespreload.com and request an 'Email Update'. Please provide the cardholder name, corresponding company name, and new email address.

To Update Your Phone Number:

1. Login to your Lowe's PreLoad account.
2. Select Settings from the menu bar. 
3. Select Change Phone Number. 
4. Input your new phone number and select Submit.
5. A pop-up will appear confirming your password update. Select OK. 

Your phone number has now been updated.
