Freezing a card is a great way to protect your funds when a card has been misplaced, stolen, or is not being used. Your Administrator will be able to unfreeze as needed on their app.

To temporarily freeze your card or an employee card:

  1. Log in to your Lowe's PreLoad app.
  2. Select TEAM from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Select the employee's name.
  4. Scroll down on the profile to select Temporarily Freeze Card.
  5. You should then see a pop up notification confirming that the selected Card has been successfully frozen.

Any remaining funds on a frozen will be frozen as well.

If you would like to unfreeze the card:

  1. Log-in to your Lowe's PreLoad app.
  2. Select TEAM from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Select the employee's name.
  4. Scroll down on the profile to Unfreeze Card.
  5. You should then see a pop up notification confirming that the selected card has been unfrozen.

If you believe that your or your employee's card has been stolen or is permanently lost, please contact support@lowespreload.com immediately. You will be sent a replacement card. 

Should you find that there are unauthorized charges on your card please contact support@lowespreload.com immediately to start a Dispute process.
