How do I cancel an ACH bank transfer?

If an ACH is initiated and you would like to cancel it, there is a 24-hour window to do so. Please contact our support team immediately via phone at 1-855-982-2541 or email support@biznowcard.com

If it is past the 24-hour timeframe, the ACH will have to land in your Company Vault, and be returned via an ACH back to the bank account it was withdrawn from.
