ACH Instructions

Clients who have a Virtual Funding Account have the ability to ACH funds from their external bank to the Dash Portal. Here are the instructions on how to do that:

 

Here is the information you will need to initiate your ACH transfer to the Funding Account in the Dash Portal:

<Attached funding acct info from client’s portal>

Please contact your bank to request the ACH Transfer to the above account.  Once you connect with your bank to do the ACH Transfer, it should take 24-48hrs for the funds to be available in the portal.
