How do I use the in-store card (barcode)?

Use your Lowe's PreLoad mobile app to spend at Lowe's without having to wait for your card to arrive in the mail.
- Login to your Lowe's PreLoad account through your mobile app.
- Select YOUR CARD from the menu-bar.
- Select View In-Store Card and show this barcode at checkout.
- The cashier will need to input the expiration date from the barcode screen to complete the transaction.
You can scan this code, in-store, at check-out at any participating Lowe's store location.
PRO TIP: Just like you would keep your cards safe, please keep this barcode private. Log-out of the app after every use.
Where's your card?
Upon sign-up, a Lowe's PreLoad Discover® Card will be issued for you. The card will be mailed to the business address provided during your sign-up process. (all additional cards added to the account will also be sent to the business mailing address) Please allow 6-8 business days for the cards to arrive.
