FIS Referrals:

IF it's an FIS Resold client...on FIS paper...then it should have FIS Partner - as Reseller (on FIS paper) in the partner slot on Salesforce and be undert the FIS Business Suite section of the portal.

If it is not that...which sounds like it's supposed to be on Dash paper...then FIS - Referred Business (on Dash paper) should be in the partner slot on Salesforce. but I do not know exactly how those get set up in the portal or XNet.
