Electus will have add on locations that do not need to go through Pathward, FIS or added to the Portal.  Sales simply creates an opportunity for them in Sales Force, then sends a link to collect DD information.  Electus funds us directly but they collect the DD on their clients and have them send it directly to us should we ever need it.

What You Need to Do

  2. Fill Out the Required Fields: Complete each field marked with a red asterisk (*).

  3. Review and Sign: Once all fields are completed, click to sign and submit the form.

What You’ll Need to Have Ready

  • Organization Name

  • Business Contact Details

  • Business Type

  • Date and State of Incorporation

  • Nominated Individual with Significant Managerial Control:

    • Name, Contact Details, and SSN*

  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)

*The Nominated Individual must be someone with Significant Managerial Control, such as: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, or Chief Operating Officer. or a Managing Member, General Partner, Treasurer, or someone with similar authority.

Once this information is collected and in Sales Force, you simply email Andy Ortis at aortis@dashsolutions.com and let him know this process is complete. Then you will close the opportunity.
