When using UAT FIS/XNET, we are sometimes asked for a temp password.  It says it can text it to you but this never works in UAT. So we can request a code and another user can generate that code for us.  When you log into UAT fis system, there is an Application Security tab. If you navigate to that tab and then enter in the username and search, you "View User" and then select the box that confirms you verified this/her identity and then can select Request temp security code
