Collateral Request
If a client wants a custom branded package then you’ll need to submit a collateral request to have the mock up made. Note that even if Marketing made a card mock up for the client you will still need to submit a collateral request! Follow these steps:
Provide the following information to the collateral team (Megan & Lucy) via the Collateral Request Form
Product - Select from the drop down (should be provided in Salesforce)
Subprogram - select from the drop down list. If you aren’t sure which subprogram was sold to the client then ask Sales to confirm, DONT GUESS since this affects the language on the card, carrier, and terms & conditions.
Association - default to Visa unless told otherwise
Client Name
Contract Signed
Return Address - defaults to Dash Address but you should ask the client if they would like to update to their address for return mail
Attachments - Attach the logo and fonts here
Website - Payments products use www.mydashcard.com
Reloadable Reward use www.mydashcard.com
NR reward use www.card-support.com
Currently only TPS, Customer Stream, and Incentive Fox use Other
Bank - Pathward
Fulfillment Center - Arroweye (unless directed otherwise for EMV cards)
MCC Restrictions - only enable if this is an MCC restricted program
Go Live Date - should typically be 4 weeks
Custom or Generic Package: in this box gives as many details as possible about what needs to be on the card & carrier. Some examples of the details you should include
Did they specify a color they want on the card background?
Should there be a custom message inside the card?
What will the activation code be?
Will it be a custom card but generic carrier?
Should the carrier be 8 1/2 x 11 or 5 x 7?
The collateral team will respond with a proof within 1 -2 business days. You should send to the client for approval or additional edits.
