Master Onboarding Checklist

This is to be used as an internal point of reference/guide when onboarding clients.

You may save a copy and physically check off each item or you can use as a guide to help you step through the implementation and onboarding process with a client. Each section or item should prompt you to consider how your client may be affected by that topic, feature, configuration, etc.

Please do not edit the original without discussion among the group. We know products and features are ever-changing so expect this to be edited periodically - bring any questions to team call!
