Reward - Adding A Program - Physical Card

If you have just set up the new customer then the flow will automatically progress to this section

If adding a new program to existing customer then click Add New Program, in top right corner

 

Product Design

 

Select product type

This will either be Reloadable or Non Reloadable. If you need instant Issue inventory then you’ll need to select a payments product and this will be discussed in another section.

Select Physical First

Select product selection by clicking on select package

 A screen will pop up, first you need to select the Subprogram

 

scroll until you find the package ID you are looking for. Click Upload Card Design to add custom artwork. If you are looking for a generic package then the card image will typically be displayed at the top of the list.

NOTE if you don't see your package then refresh the page by clicking Fetch from FIS

After you upload the image, scroll to the top and select the image

Press Confirm, you'll return to the main page again

Enter Client ID that you used during Company setup

 

The sections highlighted in the screenshot below should be completed now

 

Virtual Account Setup

If you have an existing Virtual funding account then select Existing Virtual Account and fill in the information

If creating a new Virtual Funding account then select the following from the dropdown:

the subprogram ID is 328914 - Meta Virtual Funding & package ID is 16102

Add the Client ID for the Virtual Account (different from Client ID)

Click Create Virtual Account

Subprogram & Package Information

Leave the following drop downs empty:

  • Funding Source Dropdown

  • default shipping method

  • Notifications

  • Order pick up process

Order Approval Options - Select Tiered approval if you the client wants a Customer Admin to approve all orders, otherwise leave it blank.

Then select the user that will approve all loads

Pending Order Status (if needed), this allows the user to upload the order and the order will sit in “pending” status until sufficient funds are available in the funding account.

Select Can Order Physical Card

Select Send Bulk Order Tracking

Select EOY 1099 Report if this is a Reloadable Program

you’ll then be prompted to select if it should be delivered via SFTP or Email. If the client isn’t doing an SFTP integration then please select email.

Click next
