Below you will find Intro email templates that you can use for reward implementations. The templates are broken down into three categories:

I work with SALES at Dash Solutions and I’ll be walking you through the setup and training for your non-reloadable reward program.  I’m sure you have a lot of questions so I’ve tried to give you a brief overview of the program below.

 

Non-Reloadable Reward Overview:

  • These are non-reloadable Visa reward cards that can be used wherever Visa is accepted

  • These cards do not have cash access

  • Funds are forfeited at time of expiration

  • Ordering & loading cards is super simple and we will walk through the process during our portal training.

  • Cards can be customized with the individuals name or generically embossed

  • Cards can be shipped in bulk to your office or directly to the individual’s address

  • Card production typically takes 2-3 business days

  • Cardholders will have access to our 24/7 customer service line as well as our cardholder website – www.card-support.com

  • I understand that you will be using our generic card design – I’ve attached a proof of the card, carrier, and the terms & conditions. Please review and we can discuss any questions you have about cardholder fee’s or activation during our call.

 

The next steps will be to schedule an introduction call & portal training so I can walk you through how to order and load cards. The call will take about 30 minutes and we typically like to schedule the training as close to the launch date as possible, when were you hoping to launch your program?

The next steps will be to start the branding process, once I receive your logo I’ll send a proof for review within 1-2 days. After your custom card is live (about 4-6 weeks) we will schedule a portal training so I can walk you through how to order/load cards.

Non-reloadable Digital Reward Overview:

  • These are Digital Non-reloadable Visa reward cards that can be used online or via phone wherever Visa is accepted

  • Funds are forfeited at time of expiration

  • Ordering & loading cards is super simple and we will walk through the process during our portal training.

  • You will need to provide the cardholders name, address, email address, and activation code at the time of order

    • Activation code options include: Last 4 of SSN, Year of Birth, or Last Name.

  • Cardholders will have access to our 24/7 customer service line as well as our cardholder website – www.card-support.com

  • Digital cards are fully customizable from the subject line to the card design!

    • I’ve attached our generic email template for you to review and make updates as needed.

    • The Card design and Email must be approved by our issuing bank which typically takes 2-3 weeks.

    • Note that the custom card design will only display in the cardholder website, not the cardholders digital wallet
